to find the textbooks you'll need for every OSU class. Using the course and section numbers from your
class schedule, you can create a personalized textbook list. Add the books from
your list to the "shopping cart," and choose whether you'd like to
pick up your order on campus, or have it shipped to you outside of Corvallis.
Less than two weeks until classes start? Simply
print out your personalized list and drop by the Bookstore to buy your
textbooks.
What is a textbook reservation?
A textbook reservation is an online purchase
made during our reservation period (up until 2 weeks before classes begin).
During the reservation period, click here
to purchase your textbooks for next term. Online purchases are always
available if you are an Extended Campus student. The Bookstore maintains a
secure server for all web purchases.
Can I return my textbooks?
Yes, you have 10 business days from the first day of the term to return
a textbook for a full refund. New books must be in a new condition, and your OSU
Bookstore sales
receipt is always required. Summer term has a slightly different return period.
Please
refer to your "receipt talker" stapled to your receipt for
full return details, and always keep your receipt!
Does the OSU Bookstore buy used textbooks?
Yes! The Bookstore will buy your used
textbook if it will be used again at OSU, or if it has a value on the wholesale
market. If it's needed for an upcoming OSU class, you'll receive 50% of the new
book price (even if you bought it used). If not, we'll pay the wholesale market
price for your book. Some older edition books may have no wholesale value at
