Q: What happens if I don't order my regalia by the deadline?
A: We will do our best to get your regalia here before graduation but cannot guarantee it.

Q: What do I do if my hood colors are not right?
A: If your hood colors are incorrect, it means that Jostens did not have a hood for your school and tried to get something they consider close. We have a few hoods of our own that we can trade, so give us a call and we will see what we can do.

Q: When will my regalia be delivered?
A: We start deliveries around June 1st. It usually takes two or three days to get all of the deliveries done.

Q: Where do I return my regalia?
A: Regalia can be returned on Graduation day from 3-4:30pm at the Beaver Fan Shop in Reser Stadium or at the General Books counter of the OSU Bookstore during regular business hours. Please return all regalia by June 30.
